Soda Bread

I came across THIS
recipe via apartment therapy
it came together so easy! I used a 9 inch cake pan and parchment paper. I kinda had a bunch of little projects going while I was making it , so it did not have all of my attention. I used 4 teaspoons of sugar in the dough and topped it off with dutch poppy seeds and a little sea salt. I could not believe how beautiful it came out! This bread is ridiculously tasty and rich.
because of the buttermilk, this bread can float with out any butter or jam , but of course I put some on anyways
