Potato Chip Encrusted Salmon

2 lbs Salmon ( I bought a frozen bag with 7 cutlets in it and thawed over night) 3 cups crushed kettle chips juice of 2 limes 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill packed pretty loose about 5 tablespoons on olive oil 1 tablespoon garlic powder On a large baking sheet (with rims ) or cast iron skillet, lay salmon close together but not overlapping. drizzle with olive oil, the juice of 1/2 a lime , and cover with a light layer of salt and pepper. Then flip over so that the seasoned side is on the bottom. In a bowl mix crushed chips , olive oil, dill, the rest of the lime juice, and garlic powder. you can premix a few hours before if you like. cover salmon with this mixture, and bake at 400 for about 20-25 I was able to make this for a party and the total coast was under $25 and it fed about 10 people! the picture does not do it justice
