Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad


-1 cup dry quinoa prepared (see back of bag) and cooled
-1 bunch Italian parsley chopped, no stems
- 2 large firm tomatoes dices
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 can chick peas drained
-1 package feta
- lots of fresh ground pepper and sea salt to taste

combine all and top with dressing

-3 small lemons juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
